The Audio-Technica ATH-WS550iS are wired, over-ear headphones from the Solid Bass series, known for delivering powerful, high-fidelity bass sound through large 53mm drivers. They include an in-line microphone and remote for call handling and music control on compatible smartphones.

Features

Powerful Bass: Features large 53mm Deep Motion Drivers and an Airflow Bass Triple Venting System which combine to produce a rich, impactful, and deep low-end sound.
Clear Mids and Highs: An anti-vibration design with an aluminum stabilizing ring helps ensure that the midrange and high frequencies remain clear and articulate, preventing them from being completely overpowered by the bass.
Integrated Controls: The 1.2m flat, tangle-free cable includes an in-line remote and microphone for managing music playback (play, pause, skip tracks) and taking calls on Apple and Android devices.
Comfort and Design: The headphones feature large, soft, over-ear earpads for a comfortable fit and good passive noise isolation. The earcups can also swivel flat for easier portability.
Durable Build: While primarily plastic, the headband has aluminum reinforcement for a solid feel, and the rigid housings feature an aluminum centerpiece.
