BOOX Note Air 3 is a large format E Reader with a 10.3” E Ink Carta screen with the MOON Light 2 frontlit system. The model has a capacitive touch screen for finger control and an inductive sensor layer for working with a stylus. The Note Air 3 has a high-performance hardware platform and a lightweight, durable aluminum-magnesium alloy shell. The E Reader is based on an 8-core processor and 4 GB of RAM. 64 GB of internal memory is enough to store a huge number of books and documents. The model runs on Android 12 OS and has the built-in Google Play app store. Its Wi-Fi module makes it possible to use network services, and Bluetooth support allows you to connect external devices. The battery of 3700 mAh provides long operating autonomous time of the device. ONYX BOOX Note Air 3 is compatible with a branded magnetic case which can be purchased separately and can be used to protect the device during transportation and storing. Thanks to its large screen and the option to make handwritten notes, the model will be an excellent choice for those who plan to combine reading e-books and working with documents.

Dual sensor control

The Note Air 3 has two sensor layers: over the screen surface is located a multi-touch capacitive layer, thanks to which you can turn pages of e-books and zoom documents with an intuitive two-finger pinch. In addition, a Wacom sensor layer is located under the E Ink panel. Thanks to this, you can make notes on the margins and sketch using a special stylus which comes with the device. The stylus recognizes 4096 degrees of pressure and allows you to draw with extreme accuracy.

Screen front light

The MOON Light 2 technology allows you to use the device in the dark or in poor light conditions without harming your sight. This function creates a soft glow on the screen that is optimal for dark rooms. The front light has a color temperature adjustment and has no flickering thanks to the Flicker-Free technology.

Flicker-Free

The Flicker-Free technology completely eliminates shimmering of the LEDs used in this screen frontlit system. This is due to the use of a DC power supply. The Flicker-Free technology significantly reduces discomfort for sight and eye fatigue and decreases the chances of headache, caused by long use of the device.

Format support

The BOOX software allows you to open a number of different text and image file formats. While reading, you can change the style and the size of the font, the position of the pages, add bookmarks and zoom documents at your wish.

Additional screen protection

Protective ONYX Glass is located over the E Ink screen and protects it from scratches and other damage. The new glass made it possible to abandon additional screen borders, so the screen is flush with the body of the device. This makes working with this E Reader more comfortable and its appearance is more modern. In addition, a special coating reduces the likelihood of glare on the screen.

Outstanding technical specifications

The 8-core processor of 2.4 GHz clock rate together with 4 GB of RAM ensure a comfort work with any, even the most complex documents. And 64 GB of non-volatile memory together with support for microSD memory cards up to 2 TB allow you to store a large amount of data directly in the device.

Dictionary support
